Welcome to the Burnett Group family. Behind every good company are GREAT people. The four key TBG people below represent experience and capabilities all designed to help you be successful in your home building project no matter what size or scale your project may be. We are experts in residential housing and construction, and have decades of experience and welcome the opportunity to be of service to our next client, and maybe a new neighbor.

 

 

 

Tricia Napolitano – A native Californian and very proud Mom and Grandmother, she manages the critical accounting and corporate administrative functions of TBG. In addition to being the corporate CFO, she is a big part of our customer service. For each of our clients, she facilitates permit processing and operates our exclusive financial reporting system that results in simple but detailed financial reports to our clients on a weekly basis. In her spare time she volunteers for the local Architectural Committee.

 

 Cindy Barker – A native of Burbank California, she has been a successful, career, full time real estate agent for over twenty years. She is the exclusive marketing and sales representative for the Burnett Group since 1994 through an affiliated company – First Real Estate Service, a full service real estate brokerage firm. She provides new clients with details about TBG – how we work, what we do and what to expect from our products and services. She is often relied upon to work out design choices involving color and material selections. She loves the ranch lifestyle and finds time to give to the community. Currently she serves as an active volunteer to the AACWR as well as a member of the Anza Valley Municipal Advisory Council.

 

 Greg Burnett – originally from Des Moines, Iowa he moved to Los Angeles in 1989. After graduation from college, his entire career has been in real estate sales, finance, development and construction. Greg is actively involved with the company and participates in the completion of all projects. His biggest effort in helping clients be successful is at the beginning stages of the project – he typically is the lead on the budget plan and design work if the clients are starting from scratch. As Greg often says “it is very inexpensive to move around a pencil and paper in the beginning stages of a project. Planning is everything when it comes time to managing our client’s money.”
