Thank You...
to Eric & Megan Haley (Heritage Well Service) for helping host the Anza Chamber of Commerce mixer last night, and providing us with all sorts of great info. The services provided on their website (http://www.heritagewellservice.com) will be very helpful.
The food and company were great. I have to say though, I was surprised not to see more of our community members. As, Robyn Garrison (Chamber President) said '..we are all here to support our fellow businesses ....' Let's keep supporting our local business. For more chamber info visit http://www.anzavalleychamber.com
Supplemental Taxes

Did You Get a Supplemental Tax Bill??

Don't always assume you owe supplemental taxes when you receive a bill from Riverside County. Especially if you have filed a new construction exemption. Construction exemptions are usually good as long as the house remains unsold and unoccupied. If you receive a bill, just call the assessors office, they will cancel it. I wonder how many people just pay the $2K when they don't really owe it?

How Many Animals can I have??

Being in a rural area and on a local architectural committee, I often get asked alot of simple questions like, 'how many animals can I have?' Well it usually depends on your zoning and how many acres you have. Usually no more than 4 horses or 4 dogs without a kennel permit. But if you want the specifics..here is a FAQ list from the County of Riverside planning website that is very helpful
